REMEMBERING THE BATTLE OF MIDWAY (June 4 - 7, 1942)
THE "VICTORY" AND WHAT YOU DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE AFTERMATH
AND WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO PAN AM? [short movie below]
A strong case can be made that there would not have been such a Biblical Victory at the Battle of Midway [and ergo quite possibly no WW II Victory for America] without Pan American World Airways. That’s because there would have been no Midway Island Airport. Pan Am was instrumental in building that Airport; including also much of the rest of travel infrastructure that existed in the Pacific. In fact, history proves that NO AMERICAN COMPANY was ever more Patriotic and critical for America than Pan Am.
1. As "thanks" the American govt, throughout the ensuing years, did
very little to support this Patriotic Airline.
1a. And as the final nail in her glorious coffin they did nothing to try to help
rescue Pan Am after she was attacked by the enemy at "America's first 9-11"; the 1988
Lockerbie Terrorist Attack that destroyed Pan Am Flight 103.
2. America should have immediately come to the defense of its Flag Carrier and defended her against the enemy. But instead! America’s bureaucrats confiscated Pan Am’s very own operating capital money and later gave most of it away to the families of victims of this terrorist attack (along with $billions more they got that was sent by Libya for the victims).
3. This grossly unfair treatment was the direct opposite of the fact that America’s govt bureaucrats GAVE United Air and American Air a $$Billion dollars EACH after the 9-11 Terrorist attack in 2001. And they also gave additional $$Millions to other airlines.
4. Finally, with her operating money having been confiscated from her coffers, Pan Am was forced to ignominiously rot out of existence in 1991.
5. A cadre of Pan Am Pilots tried valiantly and brilliantly to restore her
Legacy starting in 2003. But the govt placed questionable administrators onto
Hearing Boards that became a kangaroo court against the quest for Justice for
Pan Am.
5a. The preponderance of evidence provided to these Hearing Boards by the Pan Am Pilots proved
beyond scintilla of doubt that Pan Am was overwhelmed by both the Terrorist Attack AND by the
unfair way Pan Am was treated after
the attack.
6. These Justice Court bureaucrats flagrantly ignored the overwhelming
preponderance of evidence the Pan Am Pilots presented and whitewashed the truth
about what caused Pan Am's sad demise. Why?
7. Very rarely in America’s history have such un-Patriotic actions been perpetrated by govt bureaucrats TO SUCH A MASSIVELY DECEPTIVE DEGREE.

THE DESTRUCTION OF PAN AM AND WHY IT HAPPENED? [VERY SHORT
VERSION]
[Some say it was long-term U. S. government's animosity against Pan Am’s
brilliant Aviation Pioneer (and Founder and
President) Juan Trippe.
That caused this wreaking of "revenge" by govt bureaucrats that accelerated
immediately after Trippe's retirement in 1968.]
1. It is a fact that Pan American World Airways was one of the most Patriotic
companies in the history of America. Helping directly to win World War 2.
But! In a dastardly twist of fate, the
American government treated her as an outsider (and some say even an adversary) after the end of World War 2.
Virtually every Major Airline Oversight action taken by U. S. Govt since then
has been anti-Pan Am.
Starting with the 1969 "Pacific Route Case" wherein the U. S. Govt gave
away many of the valuable International Routes that
Pan Am Pioneered to Pan Am's competitors.
But there was no equal quid pro quo!! They refused Pan Am's fair-minded requests
to be allowed to create their own Domestic Routes that would help make an
even playing field.
And from that dastardly onslaught back
then all the way up to U. S. government's stark refusal to provide any support
when America’s FLAG CARRIER AIRLINE was attacked by
terrorists over
Lockerbie, Scotland December 1988. It was America’s first
911 type attack!
2. A person with investigative resources, could establish a very strong case that the (FCSC) Foreign Claims Settlement Commission (a govt Body created by Washington bureaucrats to distribute the $Billions Libya paid out as punishment for its attack against Pan Am) and several other govt agencies were ordered to make sure that America was not allowed to find out that Pan Am was destroyed by myriad acts of terrorism. Pan Am was thereafter squeezed into 14 corners; while her own government sat idly by and refused to come to the aid of one of the worst terrorism victims in America history. They not only did nothing to help Pan Am; they tied her hands behind her back and would not allow her to compete evenly against other U. S. airlines.
3. If FCSC had had the courage and judiciousness to make an honest decision that acknowledged the real Truth about what was done to Pan Am, there is no telling how disastrous that might have been for the various entities that were complicate in the treacherous treatment of the World's greatest Airline ever.
4. Without an investigation, American citizens will never know how much the
FCSC was paid off and/or how badly they were threatened to come up with one of
the most treacherously deceitful findings ever concocted by an oversight body
against such a Patriotic "Warrior"
And will we ever know who joined in this treachery directly or indirectly,
before, during and after; from U. S. government, to foreign governments, to our
other "brotherhood of airmen" airlines?!?
5. Whenever you see an Airliner you must never forget that Pan Am should
still be one of them. Pan Am was not destroyed only by terrorists. She was a
victim of America government’s refusal to treat her the way airlines were
treated after America’s "second" 911.. thirteen years later. AND
during the Covid epidemic disaster; where airlines received dozens of $$
billions more from the govt.
Pan Am, its dozens of 1,000s of Patriotic workers, and Americans were all victimized
by govt bureaucrats.

TRUTH ABOUT THE END OF PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS"
25 years ago 52 Pan Am pilots started on a journey to
restore the Legacy that was ruined when some govt bureaucrats opined and
declared and
prevaricated that Pan Am (THE greatest Airline the world
has ever known) went out of business because (Pan Am's enemies) said it was a lousy airline.
In 2016
some pencil-neck aviation amateurs finally
"allowed" a hearing.. and perpetrated a "decision" that was even worse than
their
previous kangaroo courts. They really really argued about the
arrangement of deck chairs on the Titanic... instead of blaming the Icebergs
[TERRORISTS
AND SUBSEQUENT DIABOLICAL GOVT INTERFERENCE] for
the sinking.
The TRUTH will be reported on the world wide web someday.

PAN AMERICAN WORLD AIRWAYS WAS DESTROYED BY TERRORISTS.
I just finished reading Claims Commission's (FCSC) 46 pages of aviation amateurs diddling around about how many Angels can dance on a pin head.
What they blatantly omitted was REAL evidence and proof that the Lockerbie terrorist attack was what destroyed Pan Am, one of the world's greatest airlines.
Maybe premeditatedly?
"HERE'S SOME FACTS ABOUT THE DASTARDLY AFTERMATH OF THE LOCKERBIE BOMBING":
1. U. S. govt made Pan Am put huge amounts of its operating capital into a special govt controlled account; supposedly to pay more money to the Lockerbie attack victims' families and friends. (Which ended up being what they did with Pan Am's money.)
This obviously devastated Pan Am's ability to compete and operate.
2. U. S. govt ordered and/or suggested that Federal employees not fly on Pan Am. And they broadcast this disloyalty blatantly.
3. Most other airlines used the disaster to stab Pan Am in the back; advertising they are a safe from terrorists airlines - unlike Pan Am.
4. Pan Am's revenue immediately plummeted. While other airlines (happily) saw their revenue skyrocket. These other "brethren" airlines even had the audacity to advertise that Pan Am was a dangerous airline to fly. "Fly us. We don't get bombed by terrorists!"
Only fools would not see the damnable connection.
Here is probably the most obvious of all the PREPONDERANCE of evidence proving Lockerbie terrorism destroyed Pan Am:
Pan Am: empty airplanes. Competitors: full airplanes
5. And then there is the Tsunami aftermath of the week-after-week accumulation and perpetration of negative news about Pan Am and the Lockerbie terrorist attack.
6. There was essentially no viable support from U. S. govt for Pan Am after this terrorist attack. This fact is shamelessly juxtaposed against the massive U. S. govt support given to airlines after 9-11. $$Billions were GIVEN to United, American, etc, etc.
7. The coup de grace, insult, and mortal blow was the "dead" 747 cockpit carcass rotting away that was posted on Front Pages by American and world-wide media for months and months.
Years and Years of Crusading has been dedicated to trying to get support from govt oversight personnel in America.
These bureaucrats saw the diabolical way that Pan Am was treated after the Lockerbie terrorist attack.
An attack that BLEW PAN AM OUT OF THE SKIES.. AND OUT OF BUSINESS.
Only a person with blinders on or ulterior motives could not see the treachery of what happened.
Thus the silence from govt has been deafening.

9/11 First Responders AND All of America's Airlines Owe ~ "A GIANT THANK YOU TO PAN AM"!!
1. The World will never know what was done to America's Flag Carrier, Pan American World Airways, and why she was double-crossed in the aftermath of America's First 9/11; the Flight 103-Lockerbie terrorist attack against Pan Am... and against America.
2. What happened after that terrorist bombing was the antithesis of the massive help the U. S. Government gave the 9/11 First Responders. And it was also the exact opposite of the way Government treated United Air, American Air, et al after 9/11.
3. The magnitude of the financial destruction of Pan Am was of an almost astronomical magnitude; and the U. S. govt refuses to accept its blame or culpability for it.
4. The creation (and recent increase) of the $$ massive 9/11 First Responders’ Fund is a stark in-your-faces, below-the-belt blow against Pan Am.
5. The very Purpose of the U. S. Government’s 9/11 First Responders’ $$Billions of dollars Law was to prevent U. S. Airlines being forced out of business by Lawsuits against them by the survivors of 9/11 First Responders deal. "We’ll take care of you forever.. if you swear to NOT bring lawsuits against the airlines that helped cause the devastation of 911!"
5a. Very few American citizens know that
A) the lawsuits against (terrorist victim) Pan Am and
B) the appalling and unspeakable actions by Am’s very own govt against Pan Am are what drove Pan Am out of business.
6. The sordid story of the unilateral obliteration and annihilation of Super-Patriot Pan Am by its own govt belongs up there with the all-time treacherous debacles of American History.
THE GROSSLY UNJUST OUTCOME:
1. The U. S. govt GAVE the 9/11 First Responders AND the 9/11 Airlines $$Billions of dollars. And they all survived.
2. After Lockerbie Terrorism the U. S. Govt ABSCONDED with Pan Am’s Operating $$Capital; leaving her penniless. And this American Paragon of Patriotism died a slow ignominious treacherously tortuous death on 7 December 1991.
The Bizarre Ergo: The U. S. Govt used the exact diabolical "lessons" they learned from destroying Pan Am to save these later victims of terrorism!!
